Program for Sacred Movement, Sacred Being:

Elementary Yoga - Combining breath, controlled movement, stillness, and postures, yoga clears the mind, enlivens the body, and places one in a state of peace conducive to trance work. - led by Anubis and Arachne

Higher Self Ritual - led by Arachne

Taoist Walking Meditation - led by Sage. Outdoors; participants should bring sturdy walking shoes and rain gear in case of inclement weather.

Ecstatic Trance Postures, from the work of anthropologist Felicitas Goodman - led by Jennifer and Holly Johanna. Ancient figurative art sometimes recorded ways to access spirit guidance for a variety of purposes, such as healing and ritual creation, through specific poses of the physical body.
