February 2012

Sunday February 26, 1 PM: SEF Annual Meeting
At:     Brigham Hill Community Farm, 37 Wheeler Road, North Grafton 01536
Fee:   FREE and OPEN TO ALL!

Our Annual Meeting is a chance for the Board of Directors to report to the membership what the SEF has done over the past year, and what we have in mind for the coming year. Unlike other Annual Meetings, ours is fun!

We will start with an Opening Circle and a Meeting Dance, and then you will hear brief and entertaining reports on our many ongoing projects. Before and after the presentations, you won’t want to miss our ongoing slideshow, highlighting all the fun and magickal events we’ve been part of. Look for photos of yourself, your friends, and your long-lost acquaintances!

This is a good opportunity for all members to offer us their feedback and suggestions and, most importantly, to volunteer to help with our upcoming projects. Your enthusiasm and involvement make a real difference to how much the SEF can accomplish!

The meeting is also a good chance to informally get to know other SEF members over refreshments. Please bring fully prepared hearty snacks to share, along with any necessary serving utensils. We'll supply cups, plates, napkins, and eating utensils. If you have not yet renewed your membership for 2012, you can pay at the meeting and receive a new sticker for your membership card.
